Jon Ferguson is the Engineering Manager. He has over 15 years of experience in the the electronics industry and served in the armed forces as an Avionics Technician. Mr. Ferguson has extensive semi-conductor device thermal characterization test experience. He has also managed several reliability and quality test programs. Mr. Ferguson has authored papers on the subject of reliability testing, and has been involved in Reliability Test Method Engineering for the last decade. Leigh Perona is the Test Engineering Manager for ARTT and has over 20 years of experience in the field of Electronic Test and Test Development. He holds a BSEET from DeVry University and has held senior engineering positions at Adaptec Inc, Quantum Corporation and SyQuest Technologies. Mr. Perona has designed Test Equipment Products and is also an expert in Product Failure Analysis. He has integrated and automated HALT™, HASS™, STRIFE™, ESS and Accelerated Stress Tests on a variety of platforms, and developed Accelerated Stress Test strategies to expose performance, manufacturing and assembly defects. Jay Patel is the Project Manager. He has over 15 years of experience in the Semiconductor OEM Equipment and PCBA reliability testing, modeling, improvement and failure analysis. He holds MS in Material Science from Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, NJ. He has held Sr. Program Manager, Technology Development Manager, Sr. Supplier Quality and Reliability engineering positions at Applied Materials and Quantum Corporation. He holds various patents on turbo vacuum pumps. Phillip Rogers is a key ARTT Seminar Speaker and The Vibration-Shock Consultant. He graduated from Yale University in Electrical Engineering and has over 25 years of experience in vibration system applications engineering and test methods. He is the Manager of Unholtz-Dickie Corporation’s (UDC’s) West Coast Division in Los Angeles. Mr. Rogers has extensive experience in vibration shock system development and it’s application in the aerospace, automotive, telecommunications, and electronic industries. He has published several papers in the field of vibration testing and accelerated reliability vibration test methods. He is a noted speaker at Reliability and Technology conferences. |
