ARTT will provide a complete partnered solution for all your quality and reliability needs. Most consultants and test laboratories offer only individual elements of a solution.  ARTT offers a total integrated solution. Your solution will include unique and comprehensive test analysis, corrective action, implementation services (including off-site testing) and final recommendations for future product quality and reliability growth.

The ARTT Team has the experience to provide extensive engineering services to support  a wide spectrum of electromechanical devices, electronic parts, sub-assemblies and products.

ARTT will provide services in the following areas:

Reliability Engineering Assessment and Analysis:

1. ARTT will Design and develop a comprehensive Reliability and Quality program specific to your product needs for the development cycle or for any segment of the cycle.

2. ARTT will provide Engineering Assessment of inherent product quality and reliability based upon design and material specifications.

3.  ARTT will provide an itemized allocation of reliability budgets for your product.

4. ARTT will perform MTBF and MTTF analysis with paper prediction and correlation to field or laboratory test data.

5.  ARTT will provide an assessment for your product's reliability growth.

6. ARTT will design and develop all necessary tests and test services to support clients product reliability and quality programs.

7. ARTT will perform liaison between the client and outside laboratories to implement maximum reliability and quality procedures.

8.   ARTT will write reliability test reports and offer recommendations.

9. ARTT will specify proper product qualification and reliability tests to comply with the applicable TelCordia, Belcore, JEDEC, MIL-Standards for product acceptance.

10. ARTT will assist in Failure Analysis and Corrective Action implementation and perform liaison duties between clients and failure analysis laboratories.

11. ARTT will submit recommendations for manufacturing processes leading to yield  improvement.

Reliability Design Engineering:

ARTT will provide the following at the clients request;

     2)  Design test board interface and support through sub-contract manufacturing.

 

3)  Burn-in test board design and fabrication.

 

4)  Reliability test board design and fabrication

 

5)  Reliability test equipment and system test requirements and recommendations.

 

Reliability Test Engineering:

1.  ARTT will provide test engineering support for product testing and data logging under dynamic stress testing.

2.   ARTT will provide engineering for Hardware and Software integrated solutions for clients product testing.

3.   ARTT will provide an assessment of customer product test requirements.

4.  ARTT will develop a test strategy and implement tests to support customer product test requirements.

5.  ARTT will work in partnership with the clients test engineering department during the entire test implementation process.

Other ARTT Engineering Services:

1.  Thermal characterization tests for semiconductor, printed circuit board assembly, and system.  (Refer to thermal test section for further details)

2.  The provision of a system impedance curve and chassis airflow characterization.

3.  Junction temperature measurement IC die using The IR Thermographic Technique or electrical testing using diode calibration method.

4.  Manufacturing process evaluations including; solder joint pull strength tests, solder evaluation and solder quality assessment.

5.  Perform fatigue life estimates for products or parts in the field to those of accelerated stress test conditions.

6.  Perform reliability Design Margin and Robustness evaluations.

7.  Perform vibration, shock, and impact test, development and implementations.

8.  Design a Telcordia-BelCore, Mil-Standard, IPC, JEDEC qualification test plan for fiber optic and communication equipment.
